  1. What version and revision of Hitachi Tuning Manager (HTnM) is involved?
  2. Is this a new install or upgrade?
    1. If yes, has the HCS installation Prereq Checker been run for this installation?
      1. What was the output?
  3. What other Hitachi and non-Hitachi software is running on this HTnM server? (e.g., HDvM, Remote Ops (Hi-Track) Monitor, etc.)
  4. What types of agents are connected to the HTNM server? (e.g., RAID, switch, HNAS, etc.)
  5. What is the Operating System level and service pack level of the HTnM server?
  6. Is the problem reproducible?
