Issues Resolved in this Release 

  • Downloads
    • Resolve error preventing users from downloading .txt files
  • Login
    • Clicking "Login" while on Knowledge article no longer redirects users back to Knowledge home, user is redirected back to article
    • Display "Login" option in hamburger menu when accessing Support Connect from mobile phone
  • My Sites/Products
    • Fix issue in My Products search results preventing Product Details from loading correctly
    • No longer display assets with De-Installed status 
  • Search
    • Update crawl to remove duplicate results

Enhancements Included in this Release 

  • Cases
    • Display Microcode Upgrade Request Cases
    • Display Closure Code in Technical Summary on Case details
    • Add message to New Case page when selecting Products with expired warranty
  • Downloads
    • Include "Share Link" option for all downloads allowing users to more easily share the link to a specific download
  • My Sites/Products
    • Add filter option when viewing Downloads tab on Product Details page
