- Display missing Technical Summary fields on Case Details, including:

- Action Plan
- Next Steps
- Fix compatibility redirect so https://support.hitachivantara.com/e...lity.html.html redirects to the Compatibility Guide site
Enhancements
- Redesign partner note directing partners to Company Selection page on product verification popup to make it more prominent
- Remove ability for Authorized Service Partners (ASP) to access Cases on Support Connect. ASP's can no longer access the following pages, and will instead be directed to access Cases on Partner Portal:
- New Case
- Case List
- Case Activity widget on Dashboard

- Compute Rack 210H/220H, 220, 220S
- Protection Platform (HPP) - Hitachi Protection Platform (HPP) End of Support Life

- Improve search functionality on My Sites/Products page
- Configure MY SITES search to function like MY PRODUCTS search, with clickable results appearing in a dropdown while typing search query
- Search for sites and products irregardless of MY SITES and MY PRODUCTS tabs
- Update search bar text to "Search My Sites/Products..."
- Update note for Partners on Product Verification popup, use banner format to make text stand out more
