Fixes

  • Display correct Analysis title in Technical Summary field

Enhancements

  • Enable site to support "X as a Service" Marketing Category for future products
  • Remove ability for Authorized Service Partners (ASP) to access Case Details on Support Connect. ASP's will be directed to access Cases on Partner Portal

  • Include additional condition to correctly display Customer visible emails on the Updates tab of Case Details page
