Site Recovery Manager and Storage Replication Adapter Support Questions

Expedite the troubleshooting process for the most common issues by reviewing and answering the following questions for your product. 

General Troubleshooting Questions

  1. Problem description with screenshot.
  2. Is this a new setup or existing?
  3. When was the last time you successfully completed “TestFailover” or “Planned Migration”?
  4. Which operation is failing?
  5. What is the version of SRM, SRA and CCI used in this configuration?
  6. What are the storage arrays used at Protected site and Reovery site? Serial numbers?
  7. If this is a working solution, what change was made?
  8. Can you do ‘pairdisplay’ for the pairs involved in SRM Recovery plan and send us screenshot?
