Knowledge Content Appearing Under Left Navigation
Symptom
- Content in Knowledge appearing under left navigation
Environment
- Knowledge
Resolution
IE Browser
- Click View in toolbar
- Hover over Text size and make sure text size is set to Medium, if not click Medium to set the text size
- Page should adjust to show Knowledge content in the middle of the screen
Firefox Browser
- Click Menu in upper right corner
- Select Options
- Under the Language and Appearance section adjust the Size to a smaller font, for example 16
- Page should adjust to show Knowledge content in the middle of the screen
Chrome Browser
- Click menu in upper right corner
- Select Settings
- Under Appearance section make sure Font size says Medium (Recommended)
- Page should adjust to show Knowledge content in the middle of the screen
