Objective

Triage needed when requesting if Hitachi Vantara software is affected by a vulnerability.

Environment

  • Hitachi Command Suite (and its components) ***EOS October 5, 2023***
  • Hitachi Ops Center (and its components) ***See Internal Notes***

Procedure

  1. Provide the Security Scanner and version.
  2. Hitachi software that is affected, and the software version.
  3. Provide the vulnerability CVE number(s) (if applicable).
  4. Provide the security scan report which provides the following:
    • The vulnerability, and the CVE number(s) (if applicable).
    • The port and/or path that is affected.
    • Host identifying information.

***Additional information, such as a data collection for the server(s) affected and the products involved, might be requested***
