Registering the storage system

Before you start using your storage system, you must register it.

Register your storage system

Before you start using your storage system for the first time, use Hitachi Support Connect to register your storage system. You will need your product serial number to complete the registration.

Procedure

  1. Open a web browser on your PC or mobile device.

  2. In the browser address bar, enter https://support.hitachivantara.com/en_us/contact-us.html.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your storage system.
