Workflow output action advantages
Workflow output actions have these advantages over Execute Action stages:
- Documents for deleted files bypass the pipelines and go straight to outputs. This includes, for example, an HCP object whose latest version is a deleted version. Execute Action stages have no effect on these documents.
- Output actions might yield better performance because the system sends documents to outputs in batches. However, to get this benefit, the output data connection must support batching while the built-in data connections do not.
