  1. Why are we moving to a new Telephony System?
    To allow faster routing, and smarter case handling. It helps you reach the right agent faster and may eliminate the need to open a case manually. We will also be adding AI assistant technology
  2. What’s new with our phone system?
    We’ve upgraded to Service Cloud Voice, a new phone system that integrates directly with our customer support platform.
    This upgrade is part of our commitment to improving your support experience with faster, more personalized service to assist you.
    This change brings several improvements:
    • Faster Routing: Your call is now directed more efficiently based on your language, location, and case type.
    • Self-Service Options: You can check case status, reset your PIN, look up warranty information, and more—without waiting for an agent.
    • Smarter Call Handling: If your issue is urgent, the system can prioritize your call and route it to the right team, such as our Global Customer Care or Manager on Duty.
    • Callback and Voicemail Options: If wait times are long, you can request a callback or leave a voicemail instead of staying on hold.
    • Improved Language Support: You’ll hear messages in your preferred language and can switch languages during the call if needed.
  3. What languages are supported?
    The system supports multiple languages and routes calls based on the number dialled. You may also be offered language-switching options during the call.
