Ops Center v10.x and later
1. Download the getconfig801.zip and check that the MD5 sum is correct. (MD5 checksum: ba36a0b4f5269a2e06523f600b043d18)
2. Transfer the file to the Ops Center server or Probe.
3. Extract the getconfigXXX.zip file.
tar -zxf getconfigXXX.zip 4. Change to the getconfig directory
cd getconfig 5. Execute the script.
bash getconfig.sh 6. At first enter a path with enough disk space. NOTE: Relative paths or spaces are not allowed.
7. Follow the steps of the script until it lists all installed software.

9. The script will output the files which needs to be uploaded to TUF.
The script will ask to collect all certificate related information. As this is sensitive information the customer will need to explicitly agree to this. If there is no agreement the certificate related information is not collected.
Due to the sensitive nature of these information/files the script is encrypting everything with a certificate. The encrypted information can only be decrypted by the support team.
The script can collect all Ops Center certificates and related data so that GSC is able to analyze certificate issues.
The data will be compressed and encrypted. Only GSC has the ability to decrypt it.
As this is security-relevant data, you must approve the additional data collection.
