Objective
Provide procedure to collect Ops Center Automator logs.
Environment
- Ops Center 10.x
Procedure
1. Log on to the Ops Center Automator server as root.
2. Create a new empty directory on /tmp directory. The following example command creates logs directory under /tmp:
mkdir /tmp/logs
3. Run the hcmds64getlogs command to collect the log:
hcmds64getlogs -dir /tmp/logs
