Collect logs related to Configuration Manager REST API

Environment

  • Host running Hitachi Configuration Manager REST API
  • Windows or Linux

Procedure

Collect CM REST API logs

Examples:
Windows
<REST Install-dir>SupportTools\CollectTool\RestTI.bat -dir “C:\Logs”

Linux
<REST Install-dir>/SupportTools/CollectTool/RestTI.sh -dir /export/Logs

Default location: /opt/hitachi/ConfManager/SupportTools/CollectTool/RestTI.sh
