Objective
If a failure occurs while using Hitachi Ops Center Common Service, collect the failure information required to analyze the cause.
Environment
- Ops Center 10.x
Procedure
- Log in to the management server as the root user.
If you log in as an ordinary user, use the sudo command to complete the following
procedure as the root user
- To collect the failure information of Common Services, run the csgetrascommand.
Command location default:
/opt/hitachi/CommonService/utility/bin/csgetras.sh
Format:
csgetras.sh -dir path-to-output-destination-directory
Option
-dir path-to-output-destination-directory
Specify the path to the directory to which the collected failure
information is output. A relative path can be specified.
If you run the command, a file that compresses and archives the
collected information is created.
- As necessary, collect the failure information of each product registered in Common Services.
