How to Collect UCP Advisor Log Bundle

Objective

You can generate and download UCP Advisor system log file bundles for failure analysis and troubleshooting.

Environment

  • Hitachi Unified Compute Platform (UCP) Advisor

Procedure

  1. Log into UCP Advisor.

  2. In the Navigator window, click Administration.

  3. Click the Log Bundle tab.

  4. Click Generate Log Bundle.

    The "Log Bundles were generated successfully" dialog box opens.

  5. Click Download to download the log bundles.

    The zipped (.zip) file of log bundles is downloaded to your local download directory.

  6. Unzip the downloaded file and review as required.

  7. Upload the file to TUF.
