- Is this a new setup or existing?
- When was the last time you successfully completed “TestFailover” or “Planned Migration”?
- Which operation is failing?
- What is the version of SRM, SRA and CCI used in this configuration?
- What are the storage arrays used at Protected site and Reovery site? Serial numbers?
- If this is a working solution, what change was made?
- Can you do ‘pairdisplay’ for the pairs involved in SRM Recovery plan and send us screenshot?
