Objective

Access Product Compatibility on the Hitachi Vantara Support website to check whether the combination of devices in an infrastructure is compatible and recommended by Hitachi Vantara.

Environment

  • Support 

Procedure

  1. Log in to Support.
  2. Hover over Answers in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on Product Compatibility.

  4. Select appropriate product and OS.

Additional Notes

If a combination does not appear on the OS support matrix, the customer's Hitachi Vantara Sales Engineer (SE) or other Hitachi field service employee must submit an Interoperability Support Request (ISR) in order to gain support for the new configuration.
