Log Collection procedure for Hitachi Storage Adviser (HSA)

Open a browser and enter in the address bar. Https://ip-address/vam
Enter User Name and Password
Click the download Logs icon in the left menu.
it may take a couple of minutes for the system to respond as it compiles the logs
Upload the zip folder to TUF and notify Global Support.
