Objective

Collect Hitachi Data Ingestor logs via CLI

Environment

  • Hitachi Data Ingestor (HDI)
  • Hitachi Network Attached Storage (HNAS F)

Procedure

  1. Log into the HDI Console via SSH with the 'service' account
  2. Run sudo oslogget
  3. The file 'full_oslog_xxx.tar.gz' will be located in /log directory
  4. Copy the file to your PC using WINSCP for example.
