Objective
Collect Hitachi Data Ingestor logs via CLI
Environment
- Hitachi Data Ingestor (HDI)
- Hitachi Network Attached Storage (HNAS F)
Procedure
- Log into the HDI Console via SSH with the 'service' account
- Run sudo oslogget
- The file 'full_oslog_xxx.tar.gz' will be located in /log directory
- Copy the file to your PC using WINSCP for example.
