Remote Ops (Hi-Track) Log Enterprise Data Collection

Remote Ops (Hi-Track) files can be in 2 locations, depending on their configuration.

The 2 locations are the SVP and another separate server for the Site Manager.

Required Logs if on the SVP

Upload the following:

  • C:\HDS\Logs (copy the entire Logs directory)
  • C:\hds\datfiles\Hi-Track.dat

If Site Manager is installed on separate server, then also collect the following from that server.

  • C:\HDS\Logs (copy the entire Logs directory)

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Hitachi Data Systems\Hi-Track\HiTrack.xml file 
  • Note** If Version D2 or higher use:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Hitachi Vantara\Hitachi Remote Ops Service Processor Agent \HiTrack.xml file
