How to Determine "n", "n-1", and "n-2" Versions

All Hitachi Vantara software releases have a version identifier consisting of columns of digits separated by one or more dots ("."). The specific digit(s) indicating the version number "n" can differ between software products.

The table below contains Hitachi Vantara software products that follow version-based support. In the table, in the "Current Version" column, the digit/s highlighted in yellow signify the version number "n", with "n-1" and "n-2" versions given as examples in successive columns:

Software Current Version
("n")
Prior Version
("n-1")
Limited Support Version
("n-2")
UCP Advisor 4.6 4.5 4.4
