Log Collection procedure for Hitachi Storage Adviser (HSA)

  1.  Open a browser and enter in the address bar. Https://ip-address/vam
  2. Enter User Name and Password
  3. Click the download Logs icon in the left menu.
    it may take a couple of minutes for the system to respond as it compiles the logs
  4. Upload the zip folder to TUF and notify Global Support.
