Data Collection using SANPilot

The default user name and password for SANPilot is:

 

• User ID=Administrator
• Password=password

To perform standard data collection, do the following:

 

• Select MONITOR on the left side of the panel and then select the log tab.
• Using Internet Explorer, perform a Save As.

Starting with EOS 7.X, all the logs can be collected by clicking on the "ALL LOGS" selection.
