Data Collection using SANPilot
The default user name and password for SANPilot is:
- User ID=Administrator
- Password=password
To perform standard data collection, do the following:
- Select MONITOR on the left side of the panel and then select the log tab.
- Using Internet Explorer, perform a Save As.
Starting with EOS 7.X, all the logs can be collected by clicking on the "ALL LOGS" selection.
