Log Collection procedure for Hitachi Storage Adviser (HSA)
- Open a browser and enter in the address bar. Https://ip-address/vam
- Enter User Name and Password
- Click the download Logs icon in the left menu.
it may take a couple of minutes for the system to respond as it compiles the logs - Upload the zip folder to TUF and notify Global Support.
