Overview
This document was prepared to help IT Platform R&D Management Division, (Hitachi), (3SC) and Customer Support Dept. personnel who are handling errors encountered on Hitachi Data Ingestor 6.0.0-00 or later (hereinafter referred to as HDI), and to understand the content of errors and identify the causes of the errors based on information (including log files) collected when the error occurred.
